Build a better you in our training programs. We offer a wide variety of classes so you can tailor your training to what suits you best. No matter what classes you choose, expect to work up a sweat, have a blast, and walk out feeling delightfully destroyed. Not in great shape? No worries. We scale every single workout to fit your current abilities. As your skills intensify, so do your workouts.

  • On Ramp

    Every new CrossFitter begins in our On Ramp course. In five, 1-hour personal training sessions, you’ll learn the correct techniques for classic CrossFit movements. This course will ease you into the intensity of the CrossFit workouts.

  • CrossFit Group Training

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

  • Personal Training

    In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. CrossFit Uncivilized offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.

  • CrossFit Kids

    This is not a scaled down version of CrossFit! It is a unique CrossFit program geared toward a generation that is at the peak of its development. All of our CrossFit Kids classes are run by certified coaches who are CrossFit Level 1 Certificate holders and have been certified by the CrossFit Kids HQ Seminar Staff.

    CrossFit Uncivilized is here to help your children grow and foster a lifelong passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle choices while teaching them that hard work pays off. We seek to develop general physical preparedness in children by developing their general physical skills.

  • Women’s CrossFit

    Our Women’s Only CrossFit class combines strength training with high intensity exercises in a classic CrossFit style. Every class consists of weightlifting and metabolic conditioning, with all exercises being scalable to any level. The small class size allows for more individualized attention to ensure proper form. The women’s only class builds an inclusive community where women can strength train and be constantly challenged in a supportive environment.
